              2026 Art Practice Planner (PDF)
THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT. You will receive a pdf of the calendar that you can download and print at home. I had mine printed and bound at Staples (that's what you see in the photo).
I designed this 2026 planner to help keep both you and me on track with our art practices!
Beyond the traditional aspects of a planner, the 2026 Art Practice Planner offers you goal setting, space for notes, space for making art every day, tips and hints on maintaining your creativity, and an entire resource section for you to explore! It's 244 pages designed to help you clarify your thinking and record your year in art.
I re-designed the planner totally from last year, keeping what worked for me and changing up the things that I felt needed changing. For instance, this year the focus is on getting stuff done! Here are some of the features you’ll find in the planner:
- Monday start to the week.
- Week-at-a-glance pages with a built-in to-do list based on the Alastair system of task management.
- Daily space to make art (imagine how wonderful it will be to flip back through the planner at the end of the year)!
- Focus on goal setting, beginning with an art practice assessment that helps you understand what you can do to move forward.
- Space to record progress, ideas, meeting notes, books you’ve read, and more.
- End-of-month reflection and assessment pages.
- More than 20-pages of reference materials and art worksheets including how to write an artist statement.
You can get a peek into the planner in THIS VIDEO.
You are purchasing a pdf download. When I had my pdf printed at Staples, I had it coil bound with a clear cover on the back and front. I ordered a slightly thicker paper (32# Ultra Premium White) and I had it printed double-sided in black and white, except for the front and back pages. I also used a coupon I found online (Staples often has them) for $10 off my print order. Be aware that because it's 244 pages, it's going to be a bit pricy to print. You can purchase a pre-printed version of the planner (it is NOT coil bound) on Amazon HERE.
