What can I expect from the Coaching experience?

• After you choose a coaching package, I will set you up with a free Basecamp account.
• Basecamp is a private online space for us to communicate and share documents and images.
• In Basecamp, you will fill out an intake form about your goals with coaching.
• For your sessions, we will meet over Zoom.   You will use the same Zoom link for all of our sessions.
• Sessions can be weekly, every other week, or monthly -- depending on your goals and availability.
• You are welcome to record your sessions and review them as needed.  I do not record them.
• At the end of each session, I will most likely assign you "homework."  The homework is mutually agreed upon and designed to bring you closer to your goals.
• Between sessions we can communicate through Basecamp, if issues come up.
• You get out of the Coaching experience what you put into it.  If you do the work outside of our sessions, you will see the results.
• I look forward to working with you!
